About

One person, a method, and a system that runs itself.

Stone Solutions is run by Japhet Stone from Schaanwald in Liechtenstein. It builds automation for owner-led companies of five to fifty people, in English, German and Dutch, across the EU, the EEA and Switzerland.

01

Where the method comes from

Before this, industrial maintenance: petrochemical and heavy-industry plants, contracted through Engie Services, where a machinery fault is worked backwards until only its cause is left.

That habit is the method here. A process is only looked at in relation to what the company is trying to achieve, and it is taken apart before anything is automated. It is why the first question is never which tool.

02

How the work is done

Every engagement follows the same four steps: a call, a written proposal, a project with approvals before the build and before go-live, and a documented handover.

Work is sorted before it is built. Some of it is automated, some becomes affordable by automating it, and some is taken out. Where a good product already exists, it is chosen over a custom build.

03

How the business itself runs

The business runs on the same systems it sells. A call booked on this site lands in the CRM by itself. The proposal and the agreement that follow are assembled from the notes of the call and sent for signature from one link, and the deposit starts the work.

That is the system a client's proposal comes out of, which means a fault in it shows up here before it shows up with you.

No client names until a reference is signed. What has been built, one line each:

  1. A weekly content pipeline for a property-management company with more than forty holiday villas: research, a draft from the company's own knowledge base and photos, a fact-check against that base, and the finished draft placed in the website editor for one-click publishing.

  2. The internal AI research for a B2B compliance platform sold through licensed partners: the legal-analysis prompt stacks, designed and prototyped.

  3. The annual shareholder meeting of a multi-country logging corporation moved from paper to digital registration, resolutions and voting for around thirty shareholders, with an existing product and no automation.

  4. Manual entry of currency data by an analyst brought from hours to minutes with AI.
